At VIBE The Fitness Studio we are on a mission to provide you with an elevated fitness experience. To ensure everyone has a fair chance to book our classes we have established the below cancellation and waitlist policies, and we want to keep you informed should the question arise.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Where a class you have booked is cancelled due to circumstances within our controls, VIBE will refund the fee. You may cancel a booked class through our app, Mariana Tek services. You are required to cancel 8 hours prior to the start of your class. Should you cancel outside of this window you will be subject to a non-refundable $20 late cancellation fee for rolling memberships or the deduction of a class from your class pack for credit holders. For emergencies, please call us at the studio so we can assist directly with your cancellation.
You may cancel your membership by providing written notice 30 days before the cancellation date or any other notice period applicable to your membership.

WAITLIST POLICY:
You may add yourself to a full class waitlist up to 1 hour before the class. Be advised that if you’re adding yourself to this list, you are committing to attending the class. If you do not want to commit to the class, refrain from adding yourself to the waitlist. The waitlist can move quickly. You will need an available credit in your account to be added. When a spot in the class becomes available you will be automatically added into the class. If you are successful in securing a spot in the class an email will be sent to you confirming your reservation. If you change your mind and do not want to be added to the class, you will have to remove yourself from the waitlist. The credit will be applied if you are successful in getting off the waitlist and into the class. If you are scheduled for another class and secure a spot from the waitlist, it’s important to understand you will be charged for both classes. The 8-hour cancellation window applies!
