We are looking for instructors who are reliable, trustworthy and accountable. We want individuals who are eager for personal and studio growth. This person must be up-beat, respectful, approachable, passionate and want to have FUN! A VIBE instructor is responsible for a safe and effective workout and providing a positive experience for our guests.
- Keeping up to date on studio events and promos.
- Motivating and educating in all classes.
- Providing top notch customer service by delivering a positive, safe and effective class.
- Leading the class format as outlined in the class description.
- Being an active community member and participating in community events.
- Assist with member class check in and class set up.
- Passionate, positive, friendly, authentic.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leaves the ego at the door.
- Able to work independently and with a team.
- Must be willing to give and accept constructive feedback.
- Reliable and responsible.
- Problem solver.
- Must be or willing to become certified.
- Preferred 1-2 years experience leading group fitness and/or Cycle classes.
