About The Class

We RIDE to the beat of the music. Join one of our 45-minute indoor cycle classes. Our RIDE classes are created to strengthen your body and mind you as our instructors motivate you through a warmup, series of sprints, climbs, choreography, weights and a cool down. You’ll leave feeling energized and ready to take on the day! All fitness levels are welcome in our RIDE classes. We’ll show you bike set up and ensure your prepared for a safe, effective work out!
