About The Class

We’re excited to offer a variety of LIFT + RIDE classes. These classes you can expect to get the best of both worlds! In our LIFT + RIDE classes, we will do 25 minutes of indoor cycle and 25 minutes of strength exercises. This enables you to get a high heart rate while sculpting your muscles. This is a great class for those new to Cycle and Strength classes as the portions of each will be shorter. Come as you are, all fitness levels welcomed!
