About The Class

VIBE’s LIFT classes aim to target major muscle groups. There will be a blend of full body, lower body, upper body and core classes throughout the schedule. These classes will incorporate both strength exercises and cardio strength intervals. VIBE’s LIFT classes will be instructor lead and taught as one large group. Participants will each book into their own spot. All fitness levels are welcome in our LIFT classes. Modifications can be provided based on the needs of each guest.
