VIBE is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information that you provide us, including your name, contact information, billing information, membership information, and medical information in a participation questionnaire (your “Personal Information”).

VIBE will take all reasonable steps to ensure your Personal Information is safe and secure and not disclosed to third parties except as set out in this policy.
VIBE will not rent, sell, or exchange your Personal Information to third parties under any circumstances.
Permitted Uses and Disclosure
By using VIBE’s services, premises, facilities, and equipment or participating in or booking any classes (the “Services”), you consent to VIBE collecting, storing, and using your Personal Information and disclosing same to our employees and instructors for the purposes reasonably required in our discretion from time to time to provide the Services you expressly or implicitly request from us. This would include, for example, booking your session, planning activities, engaging instructors, collecting payments, and administering your membership. Any necessary disclosure will be as minimal as possible for the purpose.
By using VIBE’s Services, you consent to us using your Personal Information, including email and phone numbers, to contact you directly about information relevant to your relationship with us, including changes to scheduling, cancellations, new programs and activities, invoices and receipts, changes to gym policies, changes to the terms of your agreement, renewal notices, and information about memberships.
By using VIBE’s Services, you consent to us using your Personal Information to perform credit investigations, report your account to a credit reporting bureau, and otherwise attempt to collect overdue amounts.
By subscribing to our newsletter, you grant us explicit consent to send you e-newsletters to the email address you provide. VIBE e-newsletters contain studio news, schedule changes and upcoming events. We are supporters of the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation and take your privacy very seriously. We will try not to send you too many emails! You may withdraw your consent anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of every email. You may also withdraw consent by sending an email request to admin@vibethefitnessstudio.ca.
Any third-party websites or applications are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties. Even where VIBE links to third-party content, you are responsible for understanding that third party’s privacy policy, and VIBE makes no representations about their policies nor endorse their content.
MarianaTek Services
VIBE uses MarianaTek’s services for web scheduling, registration, order processing, and online payments. If you are a client of VIBE, you agree to use MarianaTek’s services, including the downloadable app for booking sessions. Please visit their website for company information and privacy policies (www.marianatek.com/privacy).
When you make a purchase through MarianaTek, they ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and other personal information necessary to fulfill and track your order. For billing purposes, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card.
MarianaTek also requires you to create an account by providing your email address and designating a unique access password for future access to your account information. Creating this account allows MarianaTek to save your billing information, so you won’t have to fill out that information again the next time you make a purchase on their site. Credit card numbers are not stored in the MarianaTek system for your privacy and security.
Website
When using VIBE’s website, we may collect and use your non-personally identifiable information to better understand how our website is used. Information about a user’s visit is logged; however, your IP address is never referenced to personally identifiable information. Usage statistics are gathered in a non-intrusive manner. The log files are private documents primarily used by the server administrator for error notification, server administration, and monitoring website performance. Occasionally, portions of the log files may be viewed by others for server administration or security or when required by law.
When you visit any VIBE website, small files known as “cookies” may be stored on your device. We customize Web page content based on information provided by our cookie. VIBE does not use cookies to retrieve personal information about you from your computer. If you reject the cookie, you can still browse our site; however, you may not be able to use the MarianaTek site to purchase classes. This is because the shopping cart requires cookies to retain the necessary information to process your order.
Use of Aggregated Personal Information
VIBE may collect and use aggregated personal information from users to improve its services and client satisfaction. Aggregated personal information refers to data that has been combined or anonymized to remove any personally identifiable information. This information may include, but is not limited to, usage statistics, website analytics, demographic information, and class attendance records.
